Comics

Comics are like novels, films and fever dreams rolled into one. I've worked alone and with writers, as well on Vert, my old newspaper strip.

Illustration

Using pen and ink then digitally colouring I make illustrations in a range of styles.

Digital

In a digital age we have access to new and interesting methods, visions and textures.

Painting

Personal and wide ranging I have been painting in oils all my life in a variety of genres. 

Games 

Games require a high degree of finish and definition in the rendering of ideas - concept art and environments. 

DESIGN

Design informs every type of creative decision, it is where problems call for original answers, and contradictions bring depth and beauty to simplicity.

Animation

Animating is challenging and time-consuming but so much fun, I always want to do more.

Characters 

Character design is integral to good story telling.They need to be realistic enough to work and likeable enough to relate to.
