I've been drawing my dreams since the year began as suggested to me somewhere. Not because my dreams are necessarily interesting but because you -see- in your dreams and sometimes create new angles or framings of things you wouldn't normally draw. Sometimes sequences, sometimes just stills. Usually they look like stick figures in my notebook but they remind me of what I was seeing. They generally don't have much dialogue.
When I sat down to draw this off the top of my head, I looked an artist Charles Williams. I have a book "Royal Academy Illustrated 2007" and one picture that draws my interest often is called SOME SUGGESTIONS ON BEING GOOD, in oil by Charles William, no s. But I think that's a typo. Anyway his website is brilliant. Especially where he talks about art and his work and how he survives and what he thinks.
